So many Brits predicting a Hatton KO... some even said it would end early for Pac.. oh man.. :rofl what I would've paid to see the looks on their faces last night... Well, it's a simple poll.. one of two choices
I saw the fight as really, really close. But I picked Hatton. My pick was based upon logic rather than analysis. I saw Pacquiao's punch resistance as basically untested above 130 and consider that muscle can't be added to the rib cage itself whatever the surrounding tissue is doing - in short, a 130lb fighter bulked up can't hold a 140lb fighter's body punches. I still think that. What I did not account for was Pac's astonishing offence. I considered Oscar shot and Diaz slow. I didn't see that Pacquiao had not lost a step - a single step - whilst gaining weight. I think you have to go back to Tyson to find a physical specimin as special as this man. To say that he surprised me is an understatement. To say he wont surprise me again is a truth.
FYI Pacmans not a yank. Dumb fooks. Anyone with boxing acumen woulda put their money on Pacman to take this.
