Clottey is a B boxer and would have beaten Margo if he had not hurt his hand and Cintron was green when he fought Margo. Cintron has improved a lot since he's been with Manny and would be favored over Margo if the two ever meet again.
Clottey was basically an undefeated fighter when he fought Margarito, until he gets blown out, you can't say he is a B boxer.
He doesn't need to be blown out to be considered B class. There's nothing wrong with being a B fighter actually it's quite good but he's not a B+ fighter yet.

A broken or hurt hand is a legitimate excuse in losing a fight and most here will agree with me. Everyone who saw that fight saw Clottey landing at will on Margo for the first 4 rounds then all of a sudden shut down.
