I would suggest it's not your forearms being weak, possibly just overworked. I used to do EVERYTHING for my forearms (rope climbs, towel pullups, wrist curls, bicep curls, fingertip pushups, basically anything I could think of) and now after a few weeks of bagwaork i start getting shinsplint feelings in my forearms and it sucks big time.

Where you have the pain it’s weak and imbalanced.

    Do some reverse curls.

Same spectrum as the strongest biceps and weakest forearms.

The same thing before you get your knickers in a twist if it wasn’t for reverse endurance tards.

Balance of words...... his forearm is low in strength and definitely in slow twitch.

low in strength or low in strength in relation to the amount of work he does?

Marius pugianowski could wank all day and he'd get a sore forearm. Doesn't mean his forearms are weak.

Strongest guy can overwork his muscles yeah.

I used to have a similar issue. I strapped (tubi-grip bandages) my elbows whilst lifting when the pain was bad and it really helped. I also started taking glucosamine & chondroitin which after a few weeks pretty much resolved the issue.

Muscles in the forearm can’t take the weight and transfers it to the tendons and joints.
