Either Tsurkan's got a hell of a chin or Foreman's got feather in his leather, because Yuri's caught him coming in with showstopping counter hooks and Andrey barely blinks.

Pretty close...Foreman's starting boxing and moving a lot more the last few rounds...Tsurkan still in his chest...

Man, Tsurkan would have long since been out cold if there were any kind of pop on some of these shots. :!:

Ended up with a tally of 95-95, thought that the judges scorecard had the whole spectrum of how you could see the fight covered.

Thought the commentators were off, they were giving too much credit to Tsurkan at first and then they overdid it for Foreman.

Couldn't agree more. I thought the fight was very close and could have gone either way. I scored it like the one judge did 96-94 for Tsurkan, but there were a couple of rounds that were very close. Mathews and his partner were way off the mark in saying it was a clear win for Foreman.

The man who runs a lot.

This is the 2nd time I've seen Foreman.. and never want to see him fight again.

I think people view Foreman through lenses discolored by his previous fight. :yep

If the Tsurkan fight was someone's first impression of him, I don't think they'd call him a runner. They just have the Thompson fight fresh in their heads and are still angry about it, and decide to pounce on the couple of rounds he fought more cautiously and defensively against Tsurkan as reinforcing proof of their cemented opinion. :conf
