    :deal

Basically Buckland said that Sykes stated before Prizefighter that if someone else won he would give them the next shot at his title yet he's now chosen Johansson.

He said he's not a man of his word and that he was hoping to face Foster Jnr but now he wants to chase Fegatelli for chance at title.

Its completely pointless Sykes being the British champ until he fights Buckland. Its partly Sky/BBBC's fault as well they should be pushing for that fight because this just makes a joke of the title.

Cheers, I missed the interviews. Yeah, the board should have forced him to fight buckland but I think his fight with Johannson is a good one too and he will fancy his chances after seeing what Buckland did.

Bang on mate. He went in there he wasn't forced i admire putting balls on line but don't say things and then bottle out if that's the case.

Looking for quotes as we speak.

I like Carl but now if he wins and doesnt fight Buckland it will mess up the lineage.

I think it says something about Sykes that he doesnt even mention Bucklands name when he talks. If he was so confident it was a one off you would jump right back in at the deep end and be mouthing off about how you want to put Buckland in his place rather than the same old "Well i wasnt really taking the whole thing seriously anyway" excuse.
