wow great fight my usual criticsm of calderon with his lack of work rate but i never expected him to quit like that
In no particular order: Pacquiao-Margarito Marquez-Katsidis Darchinyan-Mares Khan-Madaina These are definitely FOTY material.
calderon vs segura for me. it's almost a blueprint of the cotto vs margarito fight from '08. perfect clash of styles and superb action.......the atmosphere in the venue is electric aswell. other than that marquez v katsidis is brilliant; again, perfect clash of styles. mickey roman vs antonio escalante is a brutal war, definitely on a lower skill level than the above but still an action packed thriller! soto vs antillon was great too......
For me its khan maidana, marquez katsidiss is a close second after that froch vs kessler. Maybe some lesser known fights that I have not seen were better, but from the fights ssen by most this is the order.
I was to onesided man, katsidis got beat fairly easy by marquez if you look past the kd, I love marquez' fighting and he proves why he is top 5 p4p, khan.maidana is slightly better because it was more competitive.
