Frampton looks in tremendous shape, hitting hard and seems very fluid and relaxed.

Quigg didn't look too shabby himself but he looked so basic and upright compared to Carl, do you read too much into this?

Joe did say in the IFL interview that they were just going through the motions and were keen not to give the game away.

    Thoughts?

I agree he did look very lean. I think the Gobzalez fight is the best thing that could have happened to him before this one both for complacency and weight issues.

Apparently Frampton was on weight yesterday.

  5. Frampton doesn't have weight issues. Is a career SBW by his own admission and the idea is he struggles is a myth.

Terry, if you want to talk, reply to my PM. Assume that's what your post is about.

How can anyone read into public workouts?

As Joe Gallagher said in his IFL interview today, it's pure stupidity to think that anyone would go all out and give away their tactics in the open workouts.

Personally, I wouldn't read too much in the open workout.

Maybe but not what they are doing on the pads, but in there demeanor, do they look tight at the weight? Do they look confident?
