Frank to sue the BBBoC

I respect Frank for fighting his side, especially when he's in the right. Just because the guys a **** doesn't mean he shouldn't get a fair hearing.

 

Frank just thinks he has a bigger **** than the BBBofC.

I hope he takes on the BBBC and it costs him a fortune. Hope the case drags on for years.

If the BBBC is a Ltd company they can ban Frank for life and he can work outside the boxing system in the UK for as long as he lives.


I would love it if a rich benefactor supported the BBBC in a court case that crushed Frank into dust.

 

BBBoC have no case mate. They dropped a clamber and now they will pay. Mr Loophole gets people off with speeding offences even when they are recorded breaking the law just because of a technicality. Frank having a solid case with decent lawyers will mean he will win, fighting Degale in court or Bellew when not paying them is a different matter entirely though.

 

But does one limited company have to work with another limited company if they choose not to. Can a limited company demand exclusivity , it certainly happens. If they then trade with someone else, they can withdraw services. I too am no legal expert, but I am sure the BBBoC have lawyers too. If what they carefully worded was illegal, the lawyers would have warned them.
