This guy could be so good if he got his head down and worked, but unfortunatly he wont do that

why does everyone assume he dont work??? he works hard, if he didnt he wudnt be as good as he is jus cos he had 2 below par perforamnces doesnt mean he dont train hard and now hes with tibbs hes only gonna get better and better.

I think moving to the Tibbs team will be the proper making of frankie would like to see him at 14o though for a short time under the new regime.

I hear Purdy is fighting Lynes in a defence, anyone else heard this?

Bad move. Just needs a good conditioner like Kerry Kayes or a London equivalent (as he's now based there) and make 140

He is good because of the talent he poseses, but he looks so fleshy in his last fights that there is obvious weight there to be lost and going on his last two performances the weight is affecting his ability

so anyone can pick up a pair of gloves and beat curtis woodhouse, peter mcdonagh etc if they have some talent? he trains hard dont get where this stuff about his dedication comes from.

Im not saying he doesn't train he is a decent British level operator at Welter, but if he trained harder with more dedication he could be a world champion at LWW

Yep, they all hit way harder than Gavin, way harder.

My gut feeling too is that Gavin should make 140.

I suppose that is the way forward. Kevin Mitchell seemed to have filled out into lightweight. I would like to see you fill out and be stronger at the weight.

    Good luck :good

I deffo think you could do with working on getting the pop into your shots.

If you could start getting the authority into your shots that your new stablemate mitchell has then you will be a real force.

You are gonna need this to keep the guys off at the bigger weight.

Frankie's lot taller then i first thought, the presser pic with Woodhouse he shocked me how he dwarfed Curtis. Frankie fights small that's why we presume he's to small for 147. If he's conditioned properly then maybe it's a good thing. End of the day many of us say it's no good draining fight at your natural weight. If this is his natural weight then i don't have a issue.

I do worry about the lack of power but i'm sure that will come in time.
