Sorry, prime Ali and Holmes would readily handle prime Marciano.

    Vs. Jeffries

Great attrition war with two guys who each excelled a that sort of thing.
Big question is, should Jeffries crouch or go more upright?

Crouch would help protect Jeffries body some, and if Frazier tried to go around the corner to get to Jeffries ribs it may make some openings inside for Jeffries right -- though Joe's left could switch from body to head with facility. On the other hand, Jeffries crouch particularly lent itself to fighting guys who'd punch on the way in or while Jeffries was closing, then Jeffries would counter; but Frazier would probably do his punching once he got inside, and I don't think he'd be easy to counter. It's possible, to, that a crouching Jeffries (vs Frazier) would be a fight that lead to frequent Jeffries induced clinches, with Jeffries trying to tire out Frazier and come on later, and Frazier trying to impress by his greater aggresiveness.

A more upight Jeffries would try to wear away Joe as Joe came in, and then tie up Joe. I think Jeffries would be more active as a puncher this way, but also more inclined to take more harm to his body. I put this fight as a 25 rounder, and the fight would probably come down to who was in better shape after round 15 or so.

    vs. Foreman

Well, I dare say someones going to get beaten brutally, I just don't know who.

I don't really see Jeffries scoring a quick KO on George, and I don't see Jeffries keeping away. I think Georges jab would be pretty disruptive if Jeffries fought upright, so I'd have Jeffries in the crouch. But that's just the better of bad options, because now he'd be very succeptible to Foreman's uppercuts. Basically, Jeffries needs to hit whatever Foreman gives him to hit, and tie up and tough out those passages (and they may be frequent) where George has the advantage. If Jeffries can endure -- and Jeffries could take a lot of woe while being difficult to nail in vital spots -- he may be around when George gasses. However this fight ends, it wont be pretty.

I find Frazier-Jeffries and Foreman-Jeffries each difficult to call.
