Interesting that Frank specifically mentions Enzo Macc came to the press conference on the train.

On the train, Enzo could nip to the toilet and ensure his hair was properly brylcreemed.

On the train, Enzo could have a Travellers Fare sandwich, a bag of Monster Munch and a can of Tizer without being shouted at for crumbs.

No wonder Haye didn't show. This properly coiffured and satiated Enzo was all too much for the Hayemaker.

The thing is - this was all in the build up to the fight.

Enzo seem confident and composed - and fashionable.

He turned up to annoucne the fight in early January in a Aramni Suit - while Haye was in casual Top Hat and T-Shirt - he totally otudressed Haye.

Enzo looked posh - Haye looked casual.

Enzo turned up there - when Haye was sleeping - in Groovy Hat and T-Shirt - sounding confident and saying all the right things.

He came on the train - Swansea To Paddington probaly - and had First Class Seats.

Enzo did and said everything good in the build up.

He even won the stare down at the weigh in and laughed and joked with Joe Calzaghe.

Its on the night - as soon as he left the hotel - and jumped into the passenger seat of Enzo Calzaghes people carrier things went wrong.

When they pulled up outside Mickeys Fish and Chip Shop in somewhere in London - Enzo was getting worried - and didnt feel like eating - but Enzo Calzaghe insisted he eat the Steak and Kideny Pie and Medium Chips and Wash it down with a can of Dr Pepper - to "give him the strength to beat that Haye"

By the time - the Vauxhall People Carrier pulled into the 02 arean car park - with one of the main beam headlights out - Enzo was really really worried - because inside the packed O2 a host of celebrities were all waiting and Showtime TV crew had all flown over from America. Enzo staggered haye in the first with a counter left hook and to his credit took 6 or 7 big punches and only went down from an accumalation of punches, Enzo could actually take a punch in his prime. I think after this fight his resistance went down hill. Shame though, Maccarinelli would have been a better champion than haye, if only he had a chin

 

I may be asking the obvious but... are several people on this thread the same person?
