Freddie Roach: "Pacquiao Will Beat Margarito Up Badly!"

The problem for Marg is not so much technical, as Margarito is a good pressure fighter, the problem is the speed difference. Pacquiao will not sit there and exchange with Margarito and will be in and out quickly. If Pacquiao chooses to display some bravado, a la Cotto, that may be Margarito's best chance.

 

if you watch the mosley fight.. Mosley could beat marg to the punch any and every time. Marg cannot avoid punches. He fights a mental fight. He takes your best shot and smiles and comes after you. If pac all a sudden gets intimidated by a 6 punch combo not stopping brickhead then he got a shot. But pac is a volume puncher so he won't stop throwing. And you got to move your head.. Marg don't do it.

 

Anything is possible in this sport, but we have every reason to believe that Pac will indeed destroy Margcheato rather easily, unless Tony was telling the truth (for once) and the Mosley beating was a product of fighting too soon after the rough Cotto fight.

 

I hope all the people talking **** about Margarito man up after the fight.
All I got to say, If you think this fight is going to be easy for Pac I feel sorry for you.

I am hoping that Roach is wrong on this one. I think it would be best for us boxing fans if Pac wins by a very close SD and looked vulnerable (but I doubt it). I think if he comes and blasts Margo to kingdom come like he did Cotto and ODLH then we definitely won't see him in the ring with the self proclaimed "GOAT" pussyboy Floyd.
