While I see Manny winning I dont think its going to be easy at all. Bradley is very good, legit skills and incredible determination

And we've also seen how Pac is completely lost when forced to lead against a precision counter puncher.
Mayweather is the definition of the way to beat Pac.
This fight would be easier for Mayweather than his 10-2 win over Cotto. I think Pac would be far easier to discourage than Cotto

    Go rewatch the fight!
And if you think Money would fight Pac the way he fought Cotto, YDKSAB!
Money keeps the Pac fight at range, with right hand heads and lead left hooks.
He'll discourage Pac, and then start to beat him up.

What these people are trying to say is that Pac's jab is ineffective. Quite frankly he does have a shitty jab hence he does not use it that much.

Pacquiao doesn't have the size to keep Floyd on the ropes.

Yep and my prespective is that he had no option other than to throw a lame jab 300 times, whilst looking completely lost doing so.. Pac tried to box behind a jab cos he had to in order to have any success at all against a technically better jmm. He just didn't look very good whilst do so :hi:

Most of Cotto's damgae can\me from his Jab. Mayweather only got hit with an occasional big shot, but not really. His defense was amazing. What could happen, but doubtful since Mayweather is a lot bigger than pac, is that Pac could steal rounds based on his level of activity against the ropes. But I see mayweather just outboxing him, honestly.

Pac doesn't really have a Jab in his arsenal. His biggest and most significant punch is his straight left. I believe he can def land this. But guys saying pac has a jab, need to understand that you have to have a good to great jab with mayweather. Oscar had a 'great jab'.... Cotto has a really good jab.... Mosley doesn't have a jab, which is why he was beat up for the whole fight. He had success in the 2nd round because he used a jab to the body which made mayweather make the mistake of bringing his hands down. But as we saw, this was a devastating punch from Mosley, and it didnt put mayweather down or out. Pac is not going to KD mayweather neither is he going to overwhelm him. It will be a very hard fight for him.

This "relentless workrate" than many are saying is so imperative to Manny's success is going to be what gets his ass kicked. If you coming in throughing punch after punch on Floyd, you are going to get countered and ****ed up...as some others have said "educated pressure" is important, physical strength is important (size), and being able to fight on the inside is key. Castillo, Cotto...did a good job getting inside, pushing PBF back, and banging him to the body on the ropes, Oscar when he had success did the same thing...just "throwing punches" and "angles" or however you want to frame the "I'm throwing punches just to throw punches, trying to please the crowd, with no regard for consequence" style that Manny has developed fighting plodders, almost cost him against JMM and will definitely cost him against Floyd.

ok. cotto having some success with him shows how much floyds skills have dropped. old cotto would have gave him hell. this fight to me is a close fight now, no doubt about it

I don't expect his trainer to say otherwise.
