I'd bet that the Oscar nominated boxer known as Andre Dirrell now probably is no longer suffering double vision. He was probably cured last night watching Froch box AA ears off.

Okay I see why you made your thread. I'm a Bute fan and I feel he shouldn't even be in the top 3 @ SMW.

Froch showed a good jab against Kessler so I knew he would use it. The bigger question would be if he would use his jab more or go brawl-happy but we saw that he decided to fight more like a boxer and less like a slugger. Very good fight and he shut him out winning every round imo. Great clinic.

Watch some of his fights before asking stupid questions!
Let me give you some hints:
    -He's a champion since 2007
    -He dominated all his adversaries
    -He has 81% KO ratio
-He stopped guys that were never stopped before
-He is probably the best body puncher at 168lbs
    -He's a slick boxer/counter-puncher...etc.

Pretty accurate post in my opinion. Froch stayed disciplined throughout the fight. He is still a technical mess, but he wasn't telegraphing his jab nearly as bad or as much as he normally does. I also noticed that a good share of the time he jabbed off the back foot, stepped into the jab, and got decent weight transfer. He normally jabs off the front foot and leaves his chin hanging out a lot more than he did against Abraham.

On the other hand a certain member of this forum spent the last 3 or 4 years telling you guys that a decent jab, a good work rate, and just a bit of pop keeps Abraham in his shell. Always has. Probably always will.

I think Bute beats Froch too at this moment.

Just don't like seeing fighters getting undue credit, Froch resume > Bute's.

undoubtedly his resume is better, but i just dont see froch lasting against someone as accurate as bute

i think froch would beat kessler in a rematch, give bute and ward nightmares.

The toughest fight to win for froch at smw would be dirrell in a rematch.

i don't think dirrell should have won the first one, too much hugging and moaning for my liking, but if he cut out those and engaged more like at the end of the fight, i think he would win convincingly. Styles makes fights and dirrell is too fast for froch. On the otherhand froch might have got to dirrell too if he didn't hold froch as much as did preventing froch to land inside except for a few rabbit punches:hey

I'm really glad you made sure to include this piece of information. So often, I feel I can't be bothered to look one inch to the left of the post to see who wrote it no matter how curious I am. So, thanks.
