Dirrel looked a bit of a dick trying to be cocky,he hasn`t done enough to be cocky.I hope Froch smashes that uppercut right up Dirrels jawbone for the ko.

You're wrong about the skills though.

Dirrell has handspeed. That ain't a skill. That's an attribute. Dude backs up in a straight line, stands straight up, and gets by on running and handspeed alone.

He don't set people up, and he don't know what to do if he gets crowded.

He makes too many mistakes, and his southpaw style will be a liability.

Froch is average in the speed department, but he has a great chin, and while his defense is especially liable to being hit with right hands which Taylor exploited, often opponents lunge in to hit him.

Dirrell don't fight though. He backs up, and wins fights with his hand speed.

Guys like Oganov, all muscled up that are predictable when the come in are easy pickins for a tall and super fast guy like Dirrell, especially when they can't come in low and their feet are slow.

If Dirrell is nervous, he shouldn't be.

Froch has been smack talking for weeks now. His fans have the plan all laid out - Froch by KO/TKO. We can't hear enough about how Froch is the proven SMW fighter with the big names on his record while Dirrell's resume has been ridiculed. He will be fighting in front of his mildly ******ed legion of football (not boxing) fans with their "Who Are You" chant who are fully expecting an easy win for him. He has talked himself up so much that nothing short of a spectacular win will validate his predictions. Froch has put so much pressure on himself to win and he dosen't even seem to realise that, yet.

If Dirrell loses, so what, he is the less experienced boxer who is fighting in front of a hostile crowd against the proven world champ and seems to have the odds stacked against him. Dirrell should chill and realise that he really has nothing to lose, it's Froch's rep and belt on the line here.

If Froch were to lose however, he loses his belt and his credibility. If I were Froch right now I would be feeling an immense amount of pressure.
