Just as I thought Froch was getting past his Calzaghe obsession...

Froch will work hard as he knows the supper six is his only

chance at the Big Time :deal

He's 32 now and the supper six lasts two years

if he loses his belt in the tourney what chance will he have when he's
34 with his limited skills he may never get a chance to shine again ???

wish him the best but i think kessler will smoke him :bbb

He'll look better right up until Kessler puts him down.

I'd say Froch believing he's too much for Kessler. While Dirrell could eventually mature into a better fighter than Kessler due to his natural athleticism, Froch will never, ever, ever be too much for Kessler. Ever.

Froch will get beat up in every fight in the tournament, and will be a used up fringe contender after this tournament. Quote me on that one!

Dirrell didn't beat Froch because he is that good, he beat Froch because Froch himself is awful.

Dirrell is a better fighter than Kessler?

    Speed, yes
    Countering, Yes
    Foot work, Yes
    Angles, Yes

    Chin, No
    Power, No
    Balance, No
Pure Boxing, No (Pop shotting, running, and clinching is not boxing IMO)
    Exciting to watch, No

Have to give it to Kessler.

I agree except that Dirrels footwork isn't that good actually. He's fast on his feet for sure, but I think that he isn't very good at anticipating his next move therefore he often finds himself in a bad position.
