Bute is 6'2 vs Miranda he weighed 183 in the ring Froch is 6'1 tonight they said Froch was 172 i believe in the ring. I was shocked to hear that he hardley put on any weight.

i'm going with this until proven wrong. it's bad form giving bute cudos before he's really been under the hammer against some top opposition. bute got nailed to the wall in the dying seconds of a fight which was very similar to froch's win against taylor. difference is that taylor has achieved more than bute and froch has also achieved more (name is escaping me..) than bute's opponent.
Abraham can't counterpunch for ****. Bute is one of the very best at it in the higher weight classes. 'Nuff said.

Froch has the rather nasty habit of jabbing off the front foot. Sometimes Froch jabs off the back foot and steps into the jab appropriately, but not always. First time he jabs off the front foot and leaves his chin hanging out in mid air, the lights go out. In addition, Bute does not stand around like he is waiting for a damn bus like AA does.
different fighters. AA is one of the rawest fighters to fight at this level i can think of, froch is better but still lacking - and if neither had solid whiskers they wouldn't have got this far. bottom line is froch is a big step up for bute. and it's bute who needs to step it up to be taken seriously .
maybe, but 'name is escaping me' still wasn't -and isn't - good enough to be a part of this tournament. the others were.
