    Froch is improving because he's now listening to Rob. Finally.

    Lets not go overboard, but a good win still because Mack is a fringe level operator. Bute should just say no to rematch.

    Hearn doesn't half talk some bollocks. is "Carl Froch in Nottingham" better or owrse than a well prepared Mitchell.

    I'm a big fan of Froch but i'd respect him more if he manned up and admitted his fight with Ward was what it was: A very, very good fighter against a great one, not an anomily due to him being under prepared, not in the UK etc....

    There was meant to be a Ringside feature a couple weeks ago which they didn't show and no word of the fight at the end either. :think
