Froch: "Once I Connect, The Dirrell Fight is Over"

i don't know if he's even gonna hit the matrix.

 

Froch by KO for reasons ive stated in too many threads before this, the makings are there for Dirrell to be exposed as yet another american Hype job coming to fruition in his big opportunity only to be shown up as a sub-standard and after all not so elite fighter.

 

I still think Dirrell will outbox him to a UD.

KO'ing the mentally shot and damaged Taylor seems to have given Froch a false sense of confidence. :think

I apreciate heart and courage in a fighter, but here's a list of guys who will fight anyone, anyplace, anytime:

Anyone with any boxing knowledge could increase my list ad infinitum. In the end it means **** all.

He'll get hit allright.

A journalist hit him in sparring, nevermind a pro with actual speed and skill.

 

Dirrell's probably the worst opponent any guy in the tournament can draw.

 

Froch in my opinoin is actually kind of an oxymorron when it comes to his mental toughness. On one hand he's a fierce competitor that never stops coming, is very patient in the ring, takes his chances well and is never out of a fight. But its also known that as an amatuer he used to get pretty nervous before big fights. In the pascal fight he was very neverous for the first four or so rounds and in the taylor fight again he was nervous quite neverous. So I think its a bit of acontradiction for someone whose got great ambition and who doesn't get phased by his opponents to also fight on nervous aggression so often. Kinda reminds me of DLH.

I will say what I love about Froch is that when he does get nervous though his natural "**** you, lets fight" response is pretty wicked!

 

I swear ever since Lacy got beat by Joe, any young American prospect is a "hype job" to you Brits. If anything Dirrell has more to gain in this fight than Froch who if he wins wont get much credit due to Dirrell still being in his prospect stages of his career.

 

Amen to that. To compare Dirrell and Ward to Lacy is to be a jackass.
