Froch has always maintained he will only ever fight at Super Middleweight. I think a problem with the part of your plan is Stevenson won't fight Kovalev. And if Froch did move up, I doubt Stevenson would be keen- but I'd favor Froch to destroy him.
It appears he did. Kovalev did for sure. Hopkins and Pascal offered Stevenson a fight and they dragged their feet so much they went to Kovalev instead, and Froch offered the fight before the Groves fight when Stevenson was mando but Stevenson moved up.
He should fight SOB Ward in the UK for huge money, then they both could retire very rich................but Ward will not fight outside his home town. SOB Ward is way behind in the money available than tons of fighters in and around the 168 division. He'd get more for fighting DeGale.
