the 1st and 2nd place get home advantage. The Sun have got it wrong. The fight has no place in the US. Froch vs Johnson would do 10k in Nottingham, could even take it to the MEN. How many tickets would it sell in the US?? and its not like Johnson is not prepared to travel.
it makes absolutely no sense for this fight to take place in america, but if it was written in the contracts then i suppose it will take a fair bit of negotiating - something that big mick isn't renowned for. from showtimes point of view, you can see why they would want to keep it in the states. i imagine that it will be a joint venue with the other semi?
