    This is such a stupid idea. It's the complete opposite of what Froch needs at this stage of his career.

    :rofl Gutted Carl. You can't blame setanta for Carl/Micks greed. Charging a tenner for an internet stream shows that they wanted top $ from the tv networks. Sadly Carl isn't the star he thinks he is. I remember Calzaghe (Froch mentions him all the time so can I) saying that he took a pay cut to fight Jeff Lacy on ITV.
    Even if Carl wins in really impressive style people will still be saying "who the froch is Froch?"

    Only that Hennesey hasn't done this type of thing before (to my knowledge), I'm sure he'll subcontract the technical side out to people who know what they're doing but theres still a bit of a question mark over whether it'll be "alright on the night" IMHO.

    Well dissapointed with this. Still tempted to buy the fight but there is always uncertainty with online streams. I would rather Hennessey just stuck it on sky/setanta for a tenner!!!

    As someone else said, if Carl wins this fight, ditch Mick Hennessey.

    I just had a look at the PPV site.

    There's an expression of interest section but no real depth to it. I wonder, just wonder, if it is a means to an end of creating the impression that the TV companies have missed the boat and better get a bid in quick or they'll miss out now they've got an alternative :deal

    Appaling, but it does say on the website that this stream is "Plan B", so any glimmer of hope for Setanta or others snapping this up??

    Henessey is really beginning to drop the ball big time. I can't believe he's been this stupid over something of this magnitude, it's going to cost him dearly in the long term. Also with John Murray and Junior Witter's careers in their respective stagnance, Mick's not looking too much of a hot shot promoter right now.

    im still anger about this, there was a really good undercard too, if it was on tv ppv i would consider the 10 pounds but not for a stream, you dont know what your getting
