Froch vs Dirrell controversy thread

I can understand that most people are not fans of the running and the clinching but I think at the end of the day Dirrell did more of the right things than Froch that he should have earned the W.

 

which is why rabbit punches are illegal, froch should've thrown in some head butts and crotch shots while he was at it, its not like he would've got penalized.

 

the officiating in both matches was a bit off... we shall see how kessler is treated in the next match

 

Froch , but it was close. Direll did too much posing and running, he did not " take " the title from Froch.

 

I respect that...it's hard as a fan to admit when your guy loses.:good

Froch won it barely.

To all those posters calling it a robbery, if your man had actually taken control of the fight when he clearly had the tools to do so and thrown shots then we wouldnt even be discussing this.
The fact is he ran about too much, clinching and ducking shots/bitching..
froch had him on shaky grounds twice. thats twice more than dirrell.

 

He didn't seem deterred...I hope he just picks up the pieces and fights even harder next time.

You seem to have it mistaken for pro wrestling. Boxing has this thing called "Technical skills" and they are what the fights are scored on.

Yeah, I think it is time you ****ed off to watch pro wrestling instead, cause you clearly don't even know what boxing is. How can you pretend to be a fan of something if you don't even know what it is?

This fight was fought at Dirrell's pace all night long. Ring generalship must not count for **** with you people who scored this fight for Froch. Froch was clearly frustrated he couldn't turn this fight into his style of fight. The best and most impactful punches of the fight were landed by Dirrell clearly. I gave 4 rounds to Froch and that was only because Dirrell was so inactive in those rounds.

This was a clear Dirrell victory.

 

Whoever score it for Froch should never watch boxing again. It was a clear robbery in a big way.
