The thing that sometimes sways me towards Groves is the fact I have been waiting years for someone to exploit Froch's terribly open defence in a decisive fashion. I guess some have done that to a degree but not aggressively enough to put Carl away. Groves has the explosive precision power punching ability to do it but the problem is he has to use a lot of energy in the process. I could see him landing an explosive combination to take Carl out but if he doesn't put him away its curtains. Froch is so bloody tough its likely he could survive.

Another thing to consider is that Groves put Froch down late in round one. If he put him down earlier he might have had more time to put his man away? This leads me to believe that Groves could possible win by KO if he hurts him like that earlier enough in the round. But my head still says Froch has the toughness to get through it.

All I know is Groves is going to win. I'm undecided and have been since the rematch was announced if he is going to win by a late TKO/KO or points.

    Groves stops froch early
Froch gets angry and loses his head and defense will go out the window like all his previous fights
Groves learns from the last fight be landing huge shots but getting out of range quicker
Froch hits the deck multiple times

I have no idea what Groves strategy will be, and I guess that is the great thing about him. I believe he could take out Froch early if he really put his punches together, but this would take a lot of energy and would be a big gamble. However I think he could also box his way to a victory as he is a far superior boxer than Froch. If he concentrates more on single shots and combos of 2-3 straight punches and not gasout throwing wild hooks of 4 and 5 full power shots trying to take Froch out, I believe he could conserve enough energy and survive the Froch push late. I don't think we'll see any dramatic change in Frochs tactics, it will be the same jab, jab, flurry with zero defense technique that we have gotten used to seeing. Groves has most of the advantages coming into this fight so I have to go for Groves.

Groves will stop Froch whenever he chooses. We know that he can put him over, outbox him, hurt him and is the better more skilled boxer.

no draw option? given the money involved, it wouldn't be a shock, as long as gg can make it to the end.

Groves is chinny... Froch wont be stopped unless he really has taken one pinch too many...

First fight i thought groves could win it if he boxed and stayed out of exchanges.

As i dont think he can help himself from getting involved in a tearup even with a slow fighter like froch... Groves is just too chinny to fight that way and survive till the end. I say late stoppage froch
