Froch vs pavlik

Easiest way to deal with the truly stupid, such as yourself, is to use the ignore list i guess.........

 

Take another look at what i said and tell me were am wrong.

How many times was Rubio drop in that fight?

And who is the better and bigger fighter Rubio or Froch?

 

If a legend would not have beaten Pavlik at 170 you would ALL see froch loosing and he will against Pavlik

 

Pavilk is very good at 160,nothing special when he's over 160. Froch late stoppage

 

Good post as usual. Good call on the jab. Froch isn't fast enough are good enough to slip KP's jab. If you can't slip Kelly's jab, you're going to get hit with huge right hands REPEATEDLY.

But there's more to it than just the jab. Taylor couldn't miss Froch with left hands, and Pavlik has a stiffer, and much more versatile left hand than Taylor. Kelly would find Froch EXTREMELY easy to hit with that long left hook of his. He'd cut Froch up and close his right eye inside the first 4 rounds.

Inside 6 rounds Froch would be almost exclusively on the back foot. His lateral movement is practically non-existant, so KP would back his ass up into a corner and leave him slumped there wondering what the **** just happened before the end of 8.

 

Froch will knock Pavlik's **** out. it's not even debatable.

I guarantee it.

I haven't seen one single Froch supporter actually post an analysis. Back your **** up, or shut the **** up.

 

a few pav/froch threads popping up...so to stay consistent i'll just cut and paste my thoughts from the other big thread on it:

no one on this board can and would ever compare froch to bhop...so its safe to say that froch will not be able to show pav 1/2 of the angles and movement that bhop did. that being said, look what pav did to jermain in their first fight...with jt's low guard it was jab jab straight right all night long and there was nothing jt could do about it. the same thing will happen to froch...it will be jab jab straight right hand and froch will not be able to move out of the way b/c his movement is very robotic and limited and his guard is arguable lower than jt's was in pav/jt I

HAVING SAID THAT

will this matter given froch's size and heart?? froch will have to eat flush power shots all night long from a guy who will not gas like jt did. so the only question is whether froch can walk through the storm and ko pav b/c froch will not out point pav...no way that happens

i like froch and understand he has a huge heart and is naturally bigger but i would give pav a wide UD or possible late stoppage based on the foregoing

Anyway I see Froch by TKO around 10 or 11. Hard to go for Pavlik when Froch handled someone who also comes forward and smashes i.e. Pascal who I would see as a bigger puncher than Pavlik at 168lbs. Still, it would be a tough fight and a brawl at times.

 

Excuse me but all your anaysis and explanation is saying is how Froch will eat shots "all night" long. I am not disagreeing on your points, but Froch obvioulsy has a chin and "some" pop you disregarded in you analysis, add to that his heart and determination, also him probably the stonger man in the ring and you have a 50/50 chance for either fighter, my pick would be Pavlik and the only reason is Froch is SO susceptible because of his weak defense.

 

You are a liar. You cannot and will not guarantee it. If I bet $1 mill on Froch to KO Pavlik and it doesn't happen, will you make good on it? NO. You are a liar any you cannot guarantee it. Idiot.

 

if i didnt think froch had a chin i would predict a ko in 5 rounds or less the way his hands are held and his chin is sticking out. froch has a very good chin, obvious stamina and is a bigger guy. my entire first paragraph discusses froch's weak defense and i do think he would eat shots all night and i do think he has the heart to try and walk through them to do what he has to do...i just don't think he's gonna be able to do it. i like froch, i just don't see him winning is all...just my opinion...

 

This would be the ultimate war of attrition.

 

Pavlik gets beaten because he is only effective at his weight when he steps up he is not powerfull enough ,pretty sure when froch goes through his guard with straight hard rights Pavlik will not really want to be in that ring with him. A harder fight for Froch would be Kessler or Bute people who are naturally at the weight and not punching above it..

 

Makes perfect sense,unless your blinded by the Taylor 1 and Miranda KO's.Good post. :good
