Wouldn't be surprised if Ward stopped him, tbh. Don't think he will though.

I can't see Froch winning really. I'd love him to, but he struggles with speed and movement and Ward is better in almost every area. Obviously it's boxing and if Froch can drag him into a war and test his chin then who knows? But logic says Ward wins a wide UD and messes Froch's face up pretty badly.

Froch will lose this by WIDE and HUMILIATING decision.

It will be the worst night of his career and anyone who thinks differently will be in for a rude awakening.

Froch is Tailor made for Ward, this is going to be as one sided as Khan/Petersen, just like in that fight Ward is better in every way just like Khan is better than petersen!!!

From what I've seen on Fight Camp 360 the plan is for Froch to box from the outside, keeping Ward on the end of the jab.

Froch will be outfought by Ward on the inside, he must keep the fight at range!

I don't think turning it into a war will work in Froch's favour. Ward can fight too, and he his much craftier.

I hope the Cobra can do it, but if he does he has to fight the perfect fight.

  7. I agree that Froch's best chance is by keeping the fight on the outside.

I'm sure that Ward's camp are smart enough to know that, and will plan accordingly. I'd expect to see Ward retreat in the early rounds and force Froch to apply pressure, which isn't his strong suit, before taking the fight to the inside as rounds go on.

The only way Ward loses this fight is if he is unable to get on Carl's chest and loses the centre ring position. Carl isn't a great counter puncher, and his uppercut isn't quick enough to catch Andre on the way in either.

    Ward UD12 117-111ish.

Yep has the looks of 117-111 kinda fight, Froch might take a few early rounds on his jab.

Froch struggled with the two quickest fighter he faced, Dirrel & Taylor. He was often beaten to the punch & made to miss a lot.

Ward is also quicker than Froch but is very well rounded & a tough & determined character.

I just cant see how Froch can win this, but I thought he'd lose to Taylor & Abraham so I hope I'm wrong again.

Want Froch to win, betting on Ward to win.

I've stopped predicting fights. This year has just been full of so many upsets, its not worth underestimating anyone anymore.

It was also massively predictable that Abraham would spark Froch with his bad defence.*

Of course Froch is the underdog and ward will win on paper, but this is boxing. Peterson was a massive underdog as well.*
