Chavez is an average fighter. He stands there and is one of the easiest so-called top fighters to hit. Froch is going to batter him for as long as it lasts.

They're both easy to hit and both have excellent mandibles. That's a fight I'd pay to watchy over and above just about any of the recent ppv shambles.

Crap fight... Chavez is a lazy ass middleweight who walks around 200 lbs... His best atribute is his toughness. Froch will **** him up bigtime!!
I would rather see Froch fight a real SMW who takes his sport seriously...

While I see your point, I'd really like to see Chavez receive a good drubbing, and Froch is just the guy to do that.

Froch would take him apart, that's why Chavez wants no part of him. After all, it would be a big money fight for both so Chavez turning it down makes no financial sense.

Chavez has no discipline. So it´s not very hard to figure out how that fight pans out.

Neither of the both you mentioned, Froch have proved that he has an iron chin i still need to see Chavez Jr. getting hit with shots from 168 punchers, before I'm convinced.

Go back and look @ Chavez vs. Vera I and just imagine if Froch is the one landing those shots.

Can't stand Froch but there's no question he walks a match up with Chavez. Froch and Hearn are right to label it a "dream fight" though, trip to Vegas, great payday from hoodwinked fans and an absolute walk in the park. Sounds like the perfect way to wind down a career to me
