Frankies weight is constantly monitored by Kerry and he also does strength work with him , Kerry is more experienced in what is a fighters ideal weight without losing strength or boiling down than anyone on this forum . I watched Frankie spar 7 fighters in a row at Bobby Rimmers then do a short spell of strength work with Kerry about three weeks ago . Frankie was sharp as **** and looking great , focused and in good condition , sometimes styles make fights or don't , Tyson had **** fights with Bonecrusher and Tucker at his peak , Ali with Bugner, Eubank and benn had some dull nights , some styles matched are not fan friendly , doesn't mean they are shite boxers . Frankie still has plenty of potential

Totally wrong , yes Kerry works with bodybuilders but the short excercise sessions he does with boxers ( ten mins ) will hardly turn u into the hulk.
Totally wrong? He had Hatton doing 3 sets of 10 Leg Curls. I've seen videos of him with John Murray and it was BB stuff. Also, ten mins of doing one move? Hahaha. Bloody hell. CF is the way to go, IMO. Mix that with VERY heavy compound lifts and you can't go wrong.
What do you think BB is? The difference between strength and hypertrophy isn't as demarcated as you're trying to make out.

You can see how boxers are disheartened on forums so easily... he does a 6-8 week training camp for a fight to get in the best shape he thinks he can... just to be told he has ***** tits lol
