I honestly think that at this stage of the game both Price and Fury would get beaten by Pulev and thats why his name is never mentioned
Mate I clearly wasn't suggessting Skelton is better than Pulev. Chisora, technically lost four of his last five, but come on, he beat Helenius, I score fights the way I see them, not the way the three judges see them. And regarding his legit loses, he lost to Vitali Klitschko and David Haye. Name as many current Heavyweights as you can who COULD beat them both? Wladimir (already beat Haye) and Price are the only ones with a chance IMO.
Helenius was fighting one handed for 11 rounds and Fury made Chisora look very ordinary indeed...This is the same Fury who is supposed to be grist to Prices mill. I honestly believe that Pulev would eat Chisora alive
That'a fair enough, each to their own. But Price never calls anyone out, he doesn't even respond to the trash talking by Fury, but one thing he has always said is that he will fight anyone. Given the chance, I believe he'd fight Pulev for the EBU title. I've never heard Pulev or his promoters mention Price or Fury TBF.
This fight is clearly just a workout. Fury is obviously on a developmental run at the moment so i'm not surprised. the dude is shockingly undersized for a heavyweight though (smaller than Haye and Adamek) so hopefully he lasts a couple of rounds at least
The 'one arm excuse', Helenius threw his injured arm (right I think) with venom in the 12th round, still did nothing to Chisora. I always hate it when people say Fury only won because chisora was 'out of shape', but you can't deny that he wasn't in the best of nick that night. Pulev doesn't have the power or boxing skills to keep Chisora off of him. If Helenius or Vitali can't stop him, Pulev can't.
Chisora vs Price would be great, but I don't anticipate it happening as from all sources Chisora owned Price in sparring. I know 'sparring isn't real fighting', but it was clearly significant enough of a beating for Don Charles to predict Sam Sexton (whom Chisora had beaten twice) would beat Price easily prior to their fight. The fact that a fat Sexton lasted 4 full rounds with Price and made him look ordinary for the first 2 rounds shows just how EPIC-ly poor Audley was, sadly. Price himself described his sparring with Chisora as 'incredibly tough' on Ringside and had 2 large black eyes for his trouble. Price doesn't fare well with bullies by all accounts - Camarelle showed that pretty clearly in the Olympic semi final. Added to the equasion Chisora's granite jaw allowing him to get inside and I think , fairly obviously, it would be Price's toughest test yet :good
yeah the other thing is that they say "chisora was out of shape" as though it made a drastic difference but the same boring trolls wanted Fury to fight price when he was out of shape and had only just set about improving his physique it's like one rule for one and one for another when it comes to Fury.
This content is protected Where are you see all this damage Pulev took from Ustinov? The guy was barely hit the whole fight.
Instead of staring at pictures of his face, WATCH the fight, he took some straight right hands, credit he showed a good chin, but he shouldn't be getting hit as much by someone as slow as Ustinov
The standard response is a simple "**** off Manning" when, as usual, he's talking absolute nonsense. Pulev was caught with right hands in almost every round but responded well when tagged.
