I could accept an extremely narrow Parker win, but 118x2 is absurd. Parker didn't land anything. Hughie nullified damn near everything Parker threw. At least Hughie got the occasional good right or uppercut in. I suspect the judges were afraid of being called biased in favor of the Englishman, so they favored the New Zealander instead. At least now I won't have to hear comments, primarily from the Furys, about how phenomenal Hughie is anymore. Hughie isn't that good and I never understood the praise he got.
WBO should change the result to NC because nobody deserved to win that **** fight and even a draw would be an overstatement.
Bottom line you run like a ***** and don't land all that often you lose the fight.. Just watched a replay and that was painfull.
Well part of Ali I guess. "Floats like a butterfly" and that's it. Kind of missing the stinging part.
The freshly roasted hedgehogs and the still wet notes from the family money printing presses probably didn't appear too appealing to the judges.
If getting his licence back wasn't already a steep enough hill for Fury to climb, he's still putting up extra hurdles to reduce his chances on a positive outcome for him.
