Ok, what do you envisage happening with his career if he pulls out for whatever reason?

He would have to get himself into a mandatory position.

If he pulled out with an "injury" he would live to see another day.
I think there's a good possibility he be injured just before the fight.

No chance, he'd be a laughing stock. Two years out, two crap fights, record of pulling out then he does it again before the biggest fight of his career? C'mon!

Eddie would be all over it and so would Wilder, as it puts Deontay in the awkward position of having to go to Hearn with a massive slice of humble pie if he wants a big pay deal.

Gotta feel for Wilder....Through no fault of his own he cannot get the big fights because people are scared of getting knocked sparko....What more can his team do?

People reckon he has just knocked over a lot of bums but what more can they do other than offer the fights and purses ?...AJ turning down an $80 million plus share of profits is insane

And this is why you don't sit idle and NOT fight.
Wilder frankly should have fought Breazeale in July, no excuse for Haymon to keep him inactive.
Now this Fury saga might spill over into next year if Fury pulls out with an injury or demands another tune up.

What more can they do?! There was a career high pay day multiplied by about 6 on the table and they refused it. There wasn’t one person quacking in the negotiations there was 2. Neither really wanted it, both refused offers.

Agreed. He's fked for a massive pay day if Fury fight doesn't happen for whatever reason. Matchroom have him over a barrel and will make the first fight farce re contract conditions look straight forward whilst of course having Chisora and Whyte under contract. Team AJ are more than happy have him (AJ) fight Whyte again and Miller, that's 18 months-2 years there, while steadily building his endorsement portfolio.

It would not surprise me at all if he says now he needs one more tune up, moves the date back to Feb/March and the fight as a result falls through.

Unless Wilder really wants this fight, then I cant see him taking the news of a delay and having to wait around too well

Furthermore, Fury now has a history of messing people around. He pulled out of Ustinov fight and twice against Wlad. Thats something that may now put Wilder off.
