Don't really know **** all about body building myself, but do you guys have a technique to get rid of the spare tyre or is it just down to diet?
I remember about a year ago when he did post fight interviews with Channel 5, he would have fat hanging over his shorts. I am glad to see he is getting into great shape.
Just diet mate, cutting carbs to below 100g a day and putting your calorie intake into a slight deficit does the trick for me.
