Wilder used to wear some heel also at the pressers. However, in the ring wearing far more equitable footwear, you could see that Fury had at least 1/2” on Deontay whose own height claims are a bit dubious. He’d be more like 6’6” to 6’6 1/2”’max. That the media, including so called boxing specialists keep referring to Fury as 6’9” is an absolute joke.

The weird thing is that Fury's nervousness about Usyk is what makes him more dangerous in this fight, not less so. It's Fury's fear of Usyk that got him into this shape and made him take the fight this seriously.
Look at two other fights where Fury was scared and came in his best shape (Wlad and Wilder I).
If I was a diehard Fury hater I'd be concerned Fury has been this focused and is respecting Usyk so much in terms of the preparation.

He wobbled AJ multiple times in the 2nd fight as well…

The fight may not even happen cause of the ring dispues. They don't wan't to fix it and Usyk team ain't happy with it.

Probably means he's a bit nervous. Good, that means he's switched on. A fighter with some fear in him can be a really dangerous one.
See Lennox V Rahman 2. If he can control his nerves on fight night (he should do) then it's all to play for.

Good move from fury. For the effort fury needs to put in to win the mind games with usyk its probably not worth it knowing usyk wont let it bother him enough to affect his performance regardless.

He almost knocked him down, not out. AJ was tired as hell, like Foreman with Jimmy Young. He was ready to go down due to exhaustion.

I don't think Fury looks "afraid", I think he looks like he knows this is his hardest ever fight, so the exaggerated confidence he normally portrays isn't there. It's interesting that Usyk has caused this shift in mindset in Fury because it's normal Fury that controls the mind games but it's like he's given up trying with Usyk which says a lot about how Usyk has handled him until now

Ultimately I don't think it will have much of a bearing on fight night, but I am pleased Fury is taking it seriously as I want both at their best for this historic fight

I still think Usyk wins either via points or TKO in the 12th

Me too, bud. Do you feel it's actually gonna be different though?
I think the best match on the card will be Opetaia Breidis.
Fury Usyk will be exciting because of the hype that this millennium will finally have its first undisputed, HW champ and the lineage will officially be restored. But this isn't a dream match up in terms of styles in my book. Would pick Usyk - Wilder and Fury - AJ any day over Fury - Usyk.

I think Usyks movement and ring IQ will make it hard for Fury to turn it into a boring fight with excessive clinching

    we’ll see
