Fury is mandatory vs. Wlad. He can get 25% of the total purse bid.

Total purse Fury vs. Wlad could be quite substantial, has PPV potential in the UK and can sell out a 80,000 arena if marketed fight. Total purase could easily be $10m. Fury would get 25% of that.

Fury wouldn't make close to that vs. Wilder -- but his chances of winning would be 10 times higher. He has no chance against Wlad.

 

Fury isn't the puncher he thinks he is but he carries enough pop to potentially knock Wilder out. I'd pick wilder if pushed but without any real confidence.

I hope you aren't talking about Scott when you refer to Wilder's second best win. That was just some typical British home cooking.

 

Scott got stopped by Wilder and robbed against Chisora. I can't recall Chisora coming close to stopping Haye or Vitali, but then I did forget about him getting stopped against Fury. Check box record and see that he lost to Helenius.

Boxing is running out of guys for Chisora to lose to.

Yet Wilder has a bigger scalp with Stiverne than Fury has with Chisora. Why did Fury duck the heavyweight with so much glass in his jaw that he should be a china set?

or vice versa in talks with wlad and screaming "Wilder is ducking me"

Clear boxrec warrior here. Nobody who watched Chisora - Helenius scored it to Helenius. It was the biggest robbery of that year. I gave Chisora 11 rounds and I don't even like the guy and actively wanted him to lose.

 

A decent effort at grasping some measure of victory from the jaws of defeat, but in the end, doesn't quite make it.

And there were no KDs in the Stiverne-Wilder bout.

That said, Young Wilder proved a lot of the pundits wrong and doesn't appear to be getting his deserved credit for this, especially from the Triple C brigade ( Chin Checking Clowns).
