Some very valid points as well as the elites behind the Ukraine conflict would love an Undisputed Ukrainian World Heavyweight Champion. Would like to see the Undisputed fight made for 50/50 for both fighters as both have played there part. Not sure if anything has come from Usyks Team yet or still just this from a third party however if 60/40 is true then Fury should accept it. Fury has time on his hands as no mandatory due but sure some of Usyk’s belts are nearly ready for the mandatory fights so no doubt the sanctioning bodies will be keeping a close eye on events .
I believe Usyk got close to what he was due according to the WBO rules. However he agreed a deal with Joshua, there was no need for mandatory to include a rematch clause. I also didn't like how the British promoters were suddenly actively working together to screw over Usyk either. As it happens, Whyte was actually WBO#1 but was usurped as mandatory due to their rules about Usyk being a unified champions who was stepping up. In contrast WBC rules stated a minimum of 25% as mandatory challenger. That was all Warren/Arum would offer in negotiations. So Whyte forced it to purse bids expecting closer to 40% as interim belt holder. Instead the WBC, lobbied by Team Fury, contradicted multiple existing guidelines to screw Whyte on the split. When even the LDBC showed sympathy for Whyte's situation, you know he got screwed hard edit: anyway, I shouldn't derail the thread. This has been discussed in detail for endless pages before.
Sorry to dissapoint you dude. But, now you've dragged me here. If Fury did turn down 60/40 to the winner at a neutral venue, it's hard to defend. Trouble is, this is probably just a reactive negotiating offer on the Wembley deal. Finally, some negotiation from Usyks side! The side so easy to deal with! Maybe they will come in now with an offer at a venue where Usyk is worth something financially? That offer would be well overdue don't you think? IMO Both are liars, both are holding out for Saudi, this is all just posturing from both sides and fight happens eventually with the right investment. But please never stop hating dude, you're my smile most days, you show the world is not as emotionally drained as it seems. Stay well.
Mate, I can't even decipher this. Very weird wording, not sure what you are on about here. Might be some code language of the Fury sect, I don't know.
Imagine hearing this nonsense from Usyk's team and then getting mad at Fury about it They got offered 60:40 from day 1 for a Wembley bout and it hasn't change and won't change in till the Saudi's come up with the money. So they are throwing their rattles out the pram If you don't want to accept the one and only deal then step away. It's 101 business negotiations. No matter the split Fury isn't going to get big money from a UK fight unless it smashes PPV records. He isn't compromising and he isn't asking for way too much. Usyk & his team are rattled because he will get stripped if they don't fight Fury next LOL. They have no power & need to bend the knee already. It's boring.
I told you ages ago Belly didn't want that Usyk smoke I told you He told you he didn't want it From his own mouth I. DO. NOT. WANT. IT. Even if Usyk beat AJ and held all the belts I. DO. NOT. WANT. IT. This content is protected This content is protected Just in case you somehow missed that I'll run it by you again Hey guys, it's your boy Tyson Fury here. I just wanted to share this with you ''I. DO. NOT. WANT. TO. FIGHT. USYK''
Rewind to 2019 when Belly refused to fight A Side AJ for anything less than 50/50 even though AJ was the three-belt unified HW champ and Belly held no belts and was a clear B side This content is protected This content is protected This content is protected This content is protected Belly has earned an obscene amount of money - $100 million alone from his ESPN deal - and his greed scuppered the Saudi deal, but now he wants Usyk The three-belt unified king Former undisputed CW king Current P4P king Olympic gold, world amateur gold, and European gold medalist Who has beaten more world champions in 20 fights than Belly and his beau The Dosser have in 80 fights (and even worse when you factor in they've only beaten one prime one a piece) To fight him in his backyard where everything will be stacked against Usyk and the chances of him getting robbed are that much higher And Belly will be given free licence to octopus grab and foul the much smaller man And he wants Usyk to take a huge pay cut for doing so for the chance to win just one belt Fury already holds massive physical advantages over him in terms of weight, reach and height An age advantage and that's an extra 2 years of big fights and big purses he has over Usyk who is 36 and only has a few fights left assuming it's not his last one which it might well be Belly will have home advantage too And even worse he knows damn well that Usyk is going to be donating a big lump of his purse to helping the victims of the war in his homeland but he won't even concede to a 60-40 split to the winner (for an easy KO win of a MW) despite all of this This content is protected
I think Furys being a knob here but why doesn't Usyk just accept the 40% and beat him if he's so confident. He can then call the shots as the undisputed for a final payout. it's all very boring.
Because 60:40 is the only real offer that has ever existed from day 1. Everything else is just fluff. Usyk & his management have thrown the rattle out of the pram on numerous occasions. Claiming they'll fight Wilder which is a bluff. Usyk whining on social media about money. Now the new one is they are offering, they don't offer ANYTHING. They are not the A-side here. They bend the knee, not the other way around. They've been successful at making chumps eat up the bs. Fury shouldn't fight him just for this dishonour and crap flinging. Send him packing to the frontline little midget.
