I also respect your opinion. I'm just a little confused as to why you think it would not do decent business in the UK. Again Joshua is a big draw with the casuals. Fury's stock has gone up since the Wilder fights. If we look at previous fights between domestic fighters they usually do very well and it's heavyweight. Would the fight be as relevant as someone becoming undisputed? Of course not but that's not the framing of this discussion and that's whether it would do good business. I personally think it does. if Joshua upsets and beats Usyk fairly or by robbery (I picked Usyk to win the first fight but thought he would get robbed) then clearly that fight then with Fury does get bigger. Personally I think there's too many moving parts to be confident on certain outcomes. I feel Usyk could win more decisively or if the fight is just a round or two closer get robbed. I wouldn't be surprised at other outcomes at this point which makes it an interesting fight. I think Fury only fights Usyk if he sees some weakness that becomes apparent. I'm not saying he's scared of Usyk because I know he isn't but I don't think he wants to risk his 0 unless it's stacked in his favour. Fury will need to be in the best shape he can to beat either Joshua or Usyk. Wilder just didn't have the tools to take advantage of an unfit Fury from the first and third fights.
Both. Joshua, Usyk, and Wilder are the other top fighters in the division. Fury's already convincingly dethroned wilder. Beat AJ and Usyk and he will have arguably cleaned out the division and his legacy would be literally and figuratively undisputed.
Sure, it will do decent business. But It can't be the mega fight it once would have been when Fury is now such a prohibitive favorite. Not do I think a screw job is going to do it. They had to carefully build Joshua's image after it was felt that he won his medal by screw job. A screwing is just going to put that bad taste back in a lot of mouths. But sure...decent business. Just no mega fight.
The fact that you resort to name calling means you aren't all that smart. I'm sorry you have to live with that. And ATG isn't a popularity contest. Usyk has not had enough fights at HW to establish himself as ATG. One fight doesn't do it.
Please. He is handily winning the poll, and even your dumb ass admitted he is an ATG while voting no. So you are the one who is showing to be both "aren't all that smart," and also not all that honest.
Are you ******ed? Fury vs Usyk wouldn't be as big as Joshua vs Fury, but still, it would be the first undisputed fight in a long time. Look how much people went to see Fury vs Whyte!!! The guy who beat Joshua vs Fury for undisputed? That would draw in a big PPV still.
Ooooo take me to the burn ward. Seriously, you sound pathetic. And Usyk isn't an all time great. Grow up.
Shut up you buffoon. 80% of the rest of the boxing community realizes it...you yourself said that he was "at cruiser," and now you are pretending that you don't understand. Just stifle it. Buffoon. Yes 54 vote(s) 78.3% No 15 vote(s) 21.7% Double buffoon.
