Fury vs Wlad 2 purse

Just wondering what the purses are for this fight, as the record in Britain is currently £10m from the Froch-Groves 2 fight, surely this will beat it judging by Wlad's previous purses?

 

Probably around 20 million again/

How many punches were thrown in the first fight, about 2 per round wasn't it?

The only thing that's more of a joke than the purses is the people that are prepared to pay to watch these 2 dancing with each other for 12 rounds.

 

The purse the first time round was nowhere near £10m.

 

Should have had the rematch in Germany again.

 

Wlad got a reported 23 million dollar purse (£17m) & Fury 5.5 million dollars (£4m) so roughly £20m between them.

 

Agreed, it made for poor watching.

 

Those are figures taking into account TV etc. The purse without the addons was nowhere near £10m.

I'd expect Wlad is keeping the German and much of the US TV money. Furys will be dependent on ticket sales and Boxnation subscriptions.

 

They'll both be making more than 99.9% of us will make in our lifetimes, best of luck to them.
