Celestino Caballero-Daud vs Daud Cino Yordan +300 Boxing - Lines April 10th, 2010 - BankAtlantic Center, Sunrise, Florida, United States -10:40pm est ~ WBA World featherweight Championship ~ - Moneyline Sat@8:40p Both must fight for action. I dropped 5 bucks on Yordan. Caballero is moving up finally in his good career and still will likely be the bigger man. I just wonder what he has left. Yordan may just have enough to beat him and at that price why not take a shot in the dark.
yeah I can think of two fights over the last few years Caballero looked bad in, but I don't know if this will be the third
i'll put some money on holyfield and berto to win on a combo. no point betting on underdogs just because of odds unless you actually believe they'll win like i did with dirrell over abraham.

well there you go guys, once again a winner. crap odds, but winning money is all that counts. **** the odds. no point having good odds if all you're going to do is lose your money. lesson for some of you newbies.
true, winning is all that counts, but if I see an underdog that has a legit shot that is better than the odds, I don't mind making a smaller play on them. If you can pick dogs intelligently, you can make money and only win say 20% of the time, vs picking faves and having to win say 75% of the time, or more. to be more exact, winning isn't all that counts, winning vs the odds vs your bet amounts is all that counts.
lol thats not how it works man. All you gotta do is beat the odds. I can make 10 bets and lose 9 of them, but if I'm getting 15/1 odds I'm still making money. Winning every bet is not what matters unless you bet like once a year.
yeah, the small plays on long shots you have a degree of confidence are educated bets, the best is when you have a real long shot you are absolutely sure has an excellent chance of winning, and instead of going small you go large, when everyone is saying you are a fool and you win, something like baldo vs judah where baldo was like 8 to 1.
Pavlik is at 1.58 for a "to win" bet (meaning a 58% profit on your bet should you win) He was at 1.55 before the weigh in and 1.5 a two days ago. So, the money is coming in on Martinez...interesting.
The money is coming in on Martinez because people are delusional. You want to know how delusional? I just read an article from The Gaurdian UK that says Matthew Macklin could beat Pavlik by doing what Hopkins didatsch
