its hard to say pal. khan has the fastest combos.... mayweather probably the fastest single punch and pacqiauo probably the fastest punch and duck.
thing is speed only matters if u have a bit of pop. the reason i believe gamboa will dominate is because he has power and speed. mallignaggi had some fast hands but no punch.

What the **** is khan doing in this thread?

He's not even in the top 10 of his weight class, let alone p4p hand speed.

the thing is khan throws strait shots that are blistering. pacman throws upper cuts hooks and over hand rights with both hands. he;s more dangerous. but khans still young so he may adapt.

I think Gmaboa/Khan/Pacquiao are neck and neck. But one thing these 3 are in common are that they throw the fastest combos in the game.

what pac has the most is endurance, I rather have that more than speed.

Khan has the fastest hands in the sport. I think he stands out among the rest.

You could argue a case for Gamboa, Pac or Mayweather for second. For handspeed, it has to be Khan. His speed is insane.

Khan could have 1 professional fight and he'd still have the fastest hands in the sport. Who he has and has not beaten is completely irrelevant.

Not really. Pac and Khan throw faster combinations, PBF throws faster single shots... Dirrell actually has pretty spectacular hand speed as well, for a super middleweight. That being said, Gamboa's shots are slower but they have a lot more weight behind them. Khan and Pacquiao throw combinations very quickly but they don't sit down on them as much.

I say Pac still has the edge. Granted that's an earlier, lighter Pac but still. Gamboa is very fast but I don't think he's the fastest.

Gamboa may get knocked out by a good fighter. One of my favorites to watch right now but i wouldn't be shocked if he got Knocked out on Saturday. Rooting for him. He ain't as fast as Manny he doesn't throw as short punches as Manny he is more heavy handed with very good speed. Offense is exceptional but not sure about his defense and composure.
