The way the stopped that fight was a joke. They obviously wanted him to have a KO, not a desicion. The opponent was KO in his last fight. Barely throwing punches and Gamboa still didn't do anything. Now more than ever I think he is a KO waiting to happen. I think Juanma can come up from 122lbs. and do the same he did to Ponce de Leon

Gamboa is ass...Flash knockdowns my ass, he had no legs when the shot landed, he did a short version of the Judah dance...Keep in mind he is fighting club fighters and really small ones at that...He is a knockout of the year waiting to happen.

:roll:You're always hurt when you're knocked down you doof. Whenever a punch nails you hard enough to cut your legs from underneath you, then you've just been hurt!

gonzales was just fighting not to lose, never had any hopes of winning, its hard to beat a fighter whos fighting just not to lose cause all he has to worry about is his defense, maybe if he would have mixed it up more and tried to hurt or get some points on gamboa the fight would have been stopped earlier, but no all he did was defend himself.

I like Gamboa and think he's exciting but he will be stopped when he faces the elite his flaws in his defense will be exploited and the guy's chin won't simply hold up against someone with good or elite power.

Oh crap, Yuri is on Zak's and Rico's chinchecker alert screen.

I wasn't as impressed last night w/ Yuri. Perhaps it's because his competition is getting better?
    We'll see.
Solis doesn't seem to be the goods either.
The first fighter could be the sleeper of the whole bunch. Too early to tell.

If he even takes a shot from Jorge Linares, he isn't getting back up.
