you got to be joking,Larios was a shot fighter.

if you wanna talk about Gamboa then compare the records of the two at the same point of theyre career,Linares was still fighting guys with losing records in his third year as a pro while Gamboa has never fought a guy with a losing record.

and dont forget that Gamboa hasnt been a pro for two years while Linares has been a pro for almost six years.

his progression has been very good i do not fault that he has been shooting up the rankings very quick but that does not mean he can beat linares
if any think he is creating this mental atittude that he can tear through any fighter and that is gonna get him stopped HARD

Wow, NickFoxx just joined GeeGroove to the list of people in this website who have no clue what they talking about!

Things like "Gamboa had a terrible fight yesterday" or "Jimenez played a game of life and death with Gamboa" are so absurd that I can barely understand how he dared type that.

I know you already answered but I'll ask you again: Did you really watch Gamboa vs Jimenez?

And please stop with this Ramirez Fireman Club Fighter bs... Ramirez hadnt any competition till now but he showed he was a good fighter and I do believe that if his opponent was anyone else than Gamboa (or the category top 10) he would have been victorious. You people need to take a break, you are so much into boxing that you forget the basics and you start saying non-sense. And please, stop quoting these HBO commentators, everyone knows how stupid they are. They wouldnt stop criticizing Mayweather and other greats names instead of pointing out why they were great. They will do the same with Gamboa and with anyone else they don't like for whatever the reason.

well i guess we'll just have to agree to disagree
u put linares in against ramirez or jimenez, the results would have been far more conclusive

I heard Linares vacated WBC Feather Title and was moving up to 130lbs. This is why Larios is full WBC Champ, as he was interim before.

How would you see the fight if ever?

I have doubts on Gamboa's chin and his lax defense.

i think its too early to make a prediction about this fight cause both are untested fighters.ill have to see them against better fighters to make a solid pick.

i just dont get why so manny people pick Linares when he hasnt fought anyone.

I believe the Larios fight can definitely give us an idea, even if that was a past prime Larios.
