Gamboa will just be too much for a faded Juarez. I liked Rocky but his days are over.

WTF? Just throw him JuanMa and let's get over with this. Rocky Juarez of all ... dude's been recycled for almost a decade, he's just not very good. Fight makes no sense, Top Rank should start doing their job.

i think they coudnt find anybody else and need to keep Gamboa busy, Arum wont risk Lopez against Gamboa, he still want to milk Lopez a lit longer before feeding him to gamboa.
gamboa vs juarez is non sense and should be a classic beat up, but look a Rigondeux begging for a decent fight a whole year and nobody"available"

Rocky had some good moments against Escobedo, but he just doesn't have what it takes to hang with Gamboa.

Mismatch at this point. (and probably would have been best-for-best as well).

Juarez has been done for a while. I predict a round 3 knockout for Gamboa.

Rocky will get dismantled by Gamboa at this point of his career. Pointless fight...

Nice little stay busy fight for Gamboa at this point. He's 30 in a few days, time's ticking away. Shouldn't be long before they're looking to make those massive fights that he deserves to be part of.

Agreed. Juarez looked great in the first Barrera fight but he was just never the same after. Maybe that was his FOTC where he peaks and leaves it all in the ring ...only in a losing effort. Why is he still fighting? I really hope he saved his money or else I see another fan favorite fading into obscurity.:-(
