Gamboa vs Soto

Discussion in 'World Boxing Forum' started by h2hkiller, Jan 23, 2010.

  1. Gamboa wouldn't know what to do once Soto started throwing those uppercuts. Gamboa isn't exactly a defensive wizard so I think Soto would earn a late KO.

It's "hate" to say he would lose? It's "hate" to say he isn't durable?

    Felito the hater. :D

Kid Cubano, Felito es un caso perdido, a hater, and besides, he doesn't seem to know much about boxing. Don't waste your time on him.

I'd go with Soto, and I'm a huge Gamboa fan.

It's hard to say whether Gamboa's power or speed will carry to 135. If his punch resistance stays the same as it is at 126 I think Soto might be able to drop him and stop him.

Soto great defense good technique great punch. Gamboa has holes in his defense and is all athleticism plus no very good fighters on his resume hard to say atleast Soto has been in with some of the best. Gamboa to me is a big grey area until he takes on somebody of note.

No, it's "hate" when your on a bunch of different threads on Gamboa and whenever someone says he's a good fighter you take it as a worse offence than if they dissed your own mother.

Gamboa uses superior speed and dominates Soto.

My main concern with Gamboa is his height 5'5.5", and Soto is fairly tall.
