    Correct.

The thread title "Gassiev confirms Wilder is more powerful and more talented than Wlad" is misleading.

Dino and Herol ( or should I say Dino aka Herol, they may be the same person) must have been sleeping all day like they usually do, I'm sure they'll be in shortly though.

The disdain for Wilder greatly overshadows many of his detractors abilities to review his fights objectively. You have to consider the fact that there’s a expectation combined with a desired conclusion when observing Wilder fight, talk and walk. Anything that diverts from the observerers existing beliefs pertaining to Wilder is dismissed as a oddity coincidental even.

Still I don’t see how your dislike for Wilder can lead you to purposely ignore him as a dangerous egnima for all the other heavyweights? He’s an enraged unpredictable dog in the ring when he smells vulnerability and I don’t believe he cares that he looks untamed, as a matter of fact he’s grown to embrace it. I can’t stress it enough Wilder will likely never have the skill set needed to impress all the so called aficionados in this forum.

Gassievs opinion should be respected and should have a good amount validity behind it, however, don’t expect these guys to appreciate an insiders perspective. Some folks can’t get a clue even if it crawled up their balloon knot and set up shop on top of their prostate.

    Darnell Boone on GGG's power

'Ola Afolabi said to Sky Ringside “I think it’s going to be a knockout. The guy [Golovkin] hits incredibly hard. I’ve been in the ring with heavyweights, cruiserweights, light heavyweights, and I get in the ring with this kid and every time he hits me, I say whoa!''

Ryan Coyne (former CW now LHW)

''He’s a ****** beast,” said Coyne, a 20-0 cruiserweight prospect who has recently dropped down to light heavyweight. “He’s been running guys out of here. Nobody under 175 pounds will spar with him.''

“I’ve sparred with heavyweights who can punch, including Mariusz Wach and Mike Perez, nobody has hit me as hard as Golovkin. His power is out of this world.”

''I spent my summer up in Big Bear training with Gennady Golovkin who is emerging as the most murderous puncher in the boxing. I watched former champions, light heavies, cruisers, and even heavies get sent home.''

    David Imoesiri HW

“The dude can hit, I’m still getting used to it,” said Imoesiri, who like Coyne, is delightfully bright and articulate. “It’s crazy. I sparred with [undefeated WBA heavyweight beltholder] Alexander Povetkin and he never hurt me like this guy.''

“I must have done 50 rounds while in camp with Povetkin and it was three and half weeks before he hit me with something that made me hold on. With Golovkin I was ready to get out of the ring 45 seconds into our first round of sparring. He hit me with two lefts to the body in the identical spot and had me doubled over. I got through it but it’s hard to defend against 6-inch punches with that much pop. He backs me into a corner with just a jab.

“And it seems like he does it effortlessly.”

''The guy hits like a hammer. I tried everything, but it did not work. You have to give him credit, because he had a good handle on the situation and it was an honor to meet him in the ring. Even though I lost every round, I wanted to fight on. [Early on] it seemed to me that I was resistant to punches, but eventually they caught up with me. For each subsequent start, I went out out with another plan, trying to surprise him, but he is really great," Proksa said.

"I have never felt that type of power anywhere, not in sparring or anywhere."

    --Grzegorz Proksa

    "Golovkin hits like a sledgehammer"

    -- Sergey Kovalev

''Gennady Golovkin is the hardest puncher I've ever been in there with. This dude can hit, man! He can punch for real. And I've been in there with Edison Miranda (and Kid Chocolate) and some guys that can punch. This dude can punch like crazy.''

    --Tyrell Hendrix

"Golovkin's fist is as hard as stone"

--Ryota Murata (Olympic gold medalist at MW)

''It was the toughest camp I have been in. He [Golovkin] hits like a heavyweight all over''

--Dhafir Smith (Smith has spent time in camp sparring Adonis Stevenson, Andre Ward. Lucian Bute, Zsolt Erdei, Eddie Chambers and Edwin Rodriguez among others)

Been following this back and forth for the last few hours. The intentionally overblown delivery might make him seem implausible, but, having been somewhat acquainted with the fellow for a few years, I can vouch for his story. He's patented a bunch of polymers for clients ranging from Mattel to NASA (my memory may be off, so he can correct me if necessary), is a pretty big deal in that sphere.

    I have made below-the-radar allusions prior to now;
