Bowe threw far more punches than Foreman, kept a really good pace, was a very tough guy, hit hard, and was very big and long - 6'5", so he'd have the height and reach advantages. And he was young and frisky. All of which make it probable that he would win.

BUT, the chance that Foreman has is that it is a good style matchup for him. Yes, he will have to take punishment and get hurt to do it, but win he could. The ONLY guys who ever beat Foreman were guys who moved and boxed and/or were very defensive minded. Bowe did not move backwards at all, and he was hittable. This makes it a better matchup for Foreman than most every top fighter, because Rid**** would be right there to get hit by his piledrivers. So Foreman absolutely would have a chance. I always said that after Foreman beat Moorer, that if he was going to take on a true championship test in a mega-fight payday, Bowe would be the best matchup for him in terms of having the best chance to win. But the concern would be that although Foreman might knock out Bowe, it is also possible that Bowe would knock out Foreman.

Ultimately, Vegas odds would have Bowe a strong favorite.

Here I'd have to go with Bowe. Too many things brought to the table.

Bowe would absolutely kick the living **** out of Foreman and Foreman knew it. He admitted on live TV at the time that he would not fight Bowe because Bowe was too much for him.

I think Bowe would win. He might get hurt once or twice because he didn't use enough movement, but his handspeed would be a key advantage. I think he'd win over 12 rounds, it would be a UD

Foreman said a lot of things. Bowe isn't kicking the **** out of Foreman.

Foreman was generous to his opponents, that's true. But I think Bowe would probably have beaten old Foreman.
