Gerald Washington looks very slow in heavybag compared to Foreman

Someone needs to tell Washington you don't spar a heavybag. Pathetic power.

 

Actually, Foreman looks a lot slower. Not that it means much, those punches worked for him.

 

Prime George Foreman would end Washingtons career during a heavy sparring session and knock Deonkey Windmiller into the fourth dimension during the first round of a title fight.....FACT!!!!

 

Once Washington lands on wilders China chin itl be all over. He is probably his best opponent to date.
