I always go for the latino boxers,people seem to forget that Garcia also has power & has a huge reach & height advantage,Now has a great trainer in his corner who will train him to fight tall.I do agree Tank has got more experience & hits like a reking ball but power is not everything.I remember when everyone thought Foreman was going to kill Ali,well Ali knocked Foreman out in the 8th round.Boxing fans have short memorys.

 

Don’t get me wrong Ryan has a chance.
The problem is he hasn’t been very active the last couple of years.
& he has a new trainer because he was basically cut off from Team Reynoso & Canelo’s mentoring / tutelage. (Dishonorable discharged)

they flagged him as lazy & undedicated.
I wouldn’t ever put money on that combination.
Plus the rehydration clause makes me less confident for the kid
The deck is stacked against him - along with his inexperience.

 

Well if there was ever a fight for him to be hungry for it would be this one as he has wanted this fight for the last 3 years.This is what boxing use to be two undefeated boxers in their prime just like back in the 1980's when we saw all those great fights its good for boxing no matter who wins.I think the catch weight was 136 ?? he is tall but young if he trains properly-eats right i do not see it as a huge problem.There has been questions on Tanks dedication from what i have seen on this fight,likes to go to the bars a lot.

 

It’s catch weight PLUS rehydration clause can’t weigh over 146lb come fight night.

Garcia’s or the average weight a fighter comes in to weigh at fully rehydrated?

I believe it’s fight night that is typical
I Can remember when Floyd fought Márquez & Jacobs fought canelo they both missed weight (rehydration clause) on fight night.

 

I just looked at tickets for this fight and the cheapest is $800!! I would guess they drop some but who is buying all these $1500 seats to be in the upper level at T-Mobil?

 

It s big question because if it s in the morning of the fight it makes no difference.
