"Der Trainer von Gevor Fritz Sdunek: "Khoren hat gezeigt, wie Felix Sturm zu packen ist. Das knappe Urteil ist ok. Ein Punkturteil war völlig daneben, vielleicht hätte man auch ein Unentschieden geben können, aber in den letzten Runden kamen die klareren Treffer von Felix."" The Coach of Gevor Fritz Sdunek: "Khoren has shown how to beat Felix Sturm. The close judges where right. One judge was out of bounds and perhaps a draw would have been ok, but the clearer shots in the last rounds came from Felix." That really doesn´t sound like a robbery...
it doesnt matter what it sounds like, it matters what it looks like... i can go on websites too and find useless bias information on a topic and it still wont change what i saw.
he had order from Kohl to say this Sdunek knows the truth Gevor won the fight. Universum need's a new TV contract that the reason's Sturm won the fight. With Sturm they can make more TV money
sure and you still belive in Santa Claus :hi: please weak up it was the biggest robbery in germany this month
It could as well be that Sdunek was more diplomatic than Gevor, but why in the hell Gevor said that it should have been a draw? (see AP reprt on the fight at ESPN or the Ring).
I have no interest in the fight. I watched the first couple rounds and decided I'd try again tomorrow. Even with one guy POSSIBLY Kelly's next opponent, I wasn't getting excited. Could be I'm just tired. That said, personally, I didn't see nickels worth of difference between them. Yeah, Gervor was more active, but Sturm was having his moments.
I had Gevor winning 118-110, but that's just one man's opinion. The fact that I was watching a feed may have hurt, and it's possible that there were shots by Sturm that got through that looked like they were blocked to me.
I would have had it by at least 4 points to Gevor. Who the **** said Sturm is ring general? Have they ever watched Felix Sturm fight before? Sturm likes inside fights now, pushed back onto the ropes for a huge portion of the fight...****... thats news to me. I've never seen Sturm try to fight like that in my life. Apart from the obvious robbery, I don't think it was a terrible fight like people say. Gevor has his limitations but he tried his heart out and threw a lot of punches. Sure, not very powerful but he did some nice bodywork, and he did stun Sturm with uppercuts too. Sturm fought a terrible fight but he had his moments too, especially at the end when Gevor tired from setting such a high pace.
Thats what we need, another big conspiracy theory Deal with it even in the other boxing forums around the world and in germany many scored it in favour of Sturm or at least a draw. ...but let me guess they all know nothing about boxing....
