I don't think this fight will happen in 2017.

The offer should be split based, any fool can see that.

Thoughts? 3G is signed to fight someone already. Why the f*ck would he be worrying about this "fight", when canelo himself doesn't even have a may opponent of his own? Maybe he's waiting on the Mcgregor fight? Or chavez Jr at 165? Either way, if GBP is serious, they'll come back after 3G disposes of Jacobs.

If it's true GGG should IMO accept the 15 million. It doesn't matter if he thinks he deserves more, it's a legacy defining fight that could make him much bigger attraction in the future. He should consider it an investment.

I'm pretty sure Kovalev would take that fight in a heartbeat.

This is old news, just another site rehashed the ESPN article with an eye-catching headline.

Let's see if GGG wins AND how much the fight sells. If GGG breaks 250k then GBP can suck it

I hope it does above 200k but if Canelo and Chavez materialise, it can do 750k and we are back to the same old shiet.

I have my doubts about Chavez Canelo happening. 2 divas? Hard to make. Plus, I don't care to see GGG fight Canelo. Let Canelo float around fighting CWs. I prefer to see GGG unify all titles, beat Hopkins record.

Exactly. This 15mill "offer" only seems to have been mentioned in passing comments, or Fat Dan's tweet based on what ODLH "said."

Why would he take an offer for a fight that is over 9 months away?

its really hard to say if ggg should take this or not

on one hand it would be a huge payday and a great opportunity,

on the other hand if the fight sells well he will get royally screwed and the 15 million might work out being around 10-15%

the thing to keep in mind is the same people hating on ggg for this are the same people who said jacobs deserved 40 % so take it with a pinch of salt
