You don't announce you are giving up the lineal claim FFS. That happens when you lose the belt, or leave the division. Quit being so obtuse and dense dude.
None of the titles are real world titles any more. How can you have so many organisations proclaiming a new world champion? The ring policy has nothing at all to do with who has an ABC belt. Riddick Bowe also gave up the WBC title. That didn't stop him being champion. Lennox Lewis gave up the IBF and WBA neither of which stopped him being champion. Hagler only had 1 belt left by the he time he fought Sugar, but everyone knew he was the champion. Hatton had no belts left by the time he fought Pacquiao, everyone knew he was champion. Again there are a multitude of examples out there.
Canelo deserves no concessions at all 60/40 fight will happen Canelo and Oscar really are not interested in fighting Golovkin because they know the Outcome...could not fight Golovkin at 160 because He could not make 160 and is now talking about fighting Chavez at 165 what an absolute Disgrace....After getting getting on His knees and Handing Golovkin the Middleweight Belt without as much as a whimper...I and a lot of Mexican's have dumped this Ginger Diva Big Time....You obviously love Canelo for His actions and I dislike Him immensely...end of story.!!!!
Two separate issues, the Canelo NUTHUGGERS are being brainwashed by Cocaine O$car's contract propaganda. 1. The majority of boxing fans want to see a Canelo/GGG title match, sooner rather than later. 2. Knowledgeable people recognize the falsehood behind GBP offers, as evidenced by those four offers presented... so far. The negotiations are on going, any comments by fans is simply speculation.
What's ridiculous is that you think Canelo is going to see the remaining 85 mill. What about GBP? The investors? The site fees? The sponsors? Merchandise? Distribution?? Canelo will get 30-35 mill tops, GGG 15 mill. The rest goes else where, 50 mill. It's a great deal, and it's time for GGG to concede.
Let's see here. If GGG was going to make 10 million + PPV upside, it's essentially the same deal as this 15 million flat fee being offered now (give or take a mill or two), based on the assumption that the PPV money is now likely off the table. With the PPV upside, he most likely would've picked up an extra 5 mill equaling 15 mill anyways... lol
I think this means that the previous $10 million must have actually have been a flat fee. Anyway, you know my thoughts ... I hope K2 takes the $15 million but don't think we can expect anything to be signed until well into the New Year.
